Angelique is a licensed acupuncturist and registered nurse whose work bridges classical East Asian medicine and modern clinical care. Her approach emphasizes careful assessment, individualized treatment, and respect for each patient’s lived experience.

She holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine and is board certified through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). While in school, she received the Compassionate Healer Award for clinical excellence and the Earth Element Award in recognition of her steady, patient-centered presence.

Her clinical practice draws from the styles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, orthopedic acupuncture, and Saam acupuncture (her personal favorite), a classical Korean system she studies in depth for its precision and effectiveness in treating both simple and complex/chronic patterns. She continues advanced training through White Pine Institute’s Graduate Mentorship Program in Classical Chinese Herbal Medicine.

Before becoming an acupuncturist, Angelique spent over 20 years as a registered nurse primarily in oncology, hospice, and later in mental health. These experiences continue to inform her integrative, safety-minded, and compassionate approach to care.
