Access to the office is by appointment only.
Patients are able to book online through JaneApp, at the button below. It’s important that patients complete intake forms prior to their first
treatment.

NO SHOW and CANCELLATION Policy
At Eventide Acupuncture & Integrative Health, your time and healing are deeply valued and we reserve your appointment just for you. When a patient misses an appointment or cancels at the last minute, it prevents others from accessing care during that time.
Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total visit cost. After three (3) late cancellations, we reserve the right to discontinue care or place your account on a prepayment-only or waitlist basis.
No Show Policy
A “no-show” is when a patient misses a scheduled appointment without prior notice.
After three (3) no-shows, we reserve the right to discontinue care or place your account on a prepayment-only or waitlist basis.
A 'no show' will be subject to 100% of the visit fee.
This policy is in place not as punishment, but to ensure continuity of care for all patients and respect for our clinical time.
Our online booking system will automatically charge the late cancel and no show fees. We understand that emergencies and unexpected life events happen. If there are special circumstances requiring a late cancel, please call to request that the fee be waived.
